Summertime is when we Bostonians break from our routine of the other 10 months of the year. Yes, it feels weird not wearing multiple layers of black; but we're liberated during summer!
So, we thought we'd do something different for the next Boston Uncorked event. Don't worry, it won't be completely un-Boston-like. Some area traditions never die. Read on...
We're going to hang with Goody Glover - not literally, thank goodness - but in the spirit of a toast to some New England history; this time we'll indulge in some quality craft beers. You see, it
was just south of here where the Mayflower pulled in to shore to bolster its supply of a most important provision: BEER.
Today's craft beer is delicious. If you haven't had a brew beyond the usual watered-down stuff from your college days, you're in for a big surprise. If you're like many wine drinkers who also drink high-end craft beer, then you know this to be true.
