Due to the venue's proximity to Fenway Park and the coincidental start of the World Series on the same night as this event, we have been forced to cancel Seafood and Reds.  And, yes, we'll be using this as a reason to plant ourselves in front of the tube and watch the game.

WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 24, 2007

6:30 - 9:30pm :: $69.50 (includes tax and gratuity)

RedWine4.jpgWe live in a country that's rich with highly sought after delicacies from our coastal waters and New England is synonymous with outstanding seafood.

When considering wine choices in relation to seafood most people think of drinking white wine.  Is this a seafoodredwine.jpgcorrect pairing choice?  Absolutely.  Is this the only correct pairing choice?  Absolutely not!

Join Boston Uncorked as we boldly, and quite tastily, break the myth that you must pair white wine with seafood; and show you how wonderful the right red can be paired with cuisine from the sea.

We are very excited to team with one of the finest seafood restaurants in VibrantRiojabottlelogo2.jpgthe city, Great Bay, for an intimate wine and hors d'eourvres reception preceding a sit-down, 3-course seafood dinner - each course paired with a fabulous red wine selected and professionally introduced by Lisa Carley, CWS, Rioja Brand Ambassador.  See the full menu and wine list on The Cork Board.

This will be a fun, delectable, and enlightening evening.   Wine does not have to be matched with food based on color.  Rather, it's about taste.  We're going to put that myth to bed, and you'll be a part of it by joining us at...
